POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, support and maintain:
All computer/network components including servers, network equipment, wireless access points, cabling, printers and work stationsVendor Access RequestsAll system documentation control, print and maintain records (Access Database)Manage and secure software licensesSecurity camera systemsDoor readers and controller systemsPhone systemsKronos clock systemsAll "Production Floor / Plant Floor Systems"Work with end users proposing new hardware and software solutionsTest all hardware and software modifications before they are introduced into productionProvide hardware and software diagnostics for network, hardware, and software issuesWork with Department Managers on projects as requiredAssist the Automation Electronic and Instrumentation Team on related tasks as requiredCommunicate Plant Systems Outages and NoticesSKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Three years related experienceMust have functional, working, and troubleshooting knowledge of:
Citrix desktop / clientServer, Windows 8, Office 2010 & 2013.Cisco Network Switch cabling, connectivity, configurations and troubleshooting
Phone systems experience desirableMCSE Certification is a plus, but not requiredA+ Certification is a plus, but not requiredMust have excellent communication skills both written and verbalMust have strong customer support abilitiesMust be willing to work in a plant / industrial environmentMust be willing to travel as required to support additional plantsEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
High School Diploma/GED; Associates degree or two years of college coursework within specific subject related to position functions preferred
