Full-timeWe at Coforge are hiring Desktop Support Specialists with the following skillset:Deskside Associate Level 1.5 with experience in imaging, laptop/desktop troubleshooting, resolving printer issues, shipping, field service, and receiving equipment.Must have over 4 years of experience in deskside support.Imaging using Pix boot, SCCM and Intune.Experience in resolving Active Directory 360 issues.Experience with BitLocker, MFA & Google DUO.Experience with Autopilot.Experience in resolving Level 1 / Level 2 password, access & general laptop issues.Must have experience supporting hybrid/remote users in a large enterprise environment.Graduation or equivalent degree is mandatory.
