3-7 years of experience Product side BSA experience required In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its modules Business analysis skills to understand and document requirements Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools Producing process flows using Visio or equivalent tool
