The CRM Project Manager is responsible for managing all activities related to our Salesforce-CRM full-cycle implementation projects.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the execution of comprehensive project work plans that control resources, schedules, costs, risk, quality, scope, and changesResponsible for collaborating with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to define deliverables and communicate project status in the design, development, testing, and deploying of solutions including dashboards, interfaces, and integrationsDrive the delivery of quality software, effectively balancing between speed-to-market pressure and the need to build for the future scaleEnsure that operational expectations are clearly defined and communicated to staff to enable quick responses to incidentsProvide support and guidance to employees in conducting thorough root cause analyses within established service level agreements (SLAs)Responsible for prioritizing engineering backlog items to maintain a healthy and stable technology stackQualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field5 years experience in all phases of technical CRM development, implementation, testing, and integration processes3 years managerial experience, managing development and project teamsExperience with Agile development frameworkSkilled in resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departmentsSkilled with SFDC toolkit, VisualForce, Apex, and Lighting Web ComponentsFamiliarity with utilizing SQL, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Python, DHTML, HTML, JSON, XML, AJAX, jQueryKnowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.Preferred Qualifications
