The Project Manager - Marketing is responsible for facilitating the planning and execution of product and packaging projects in terms of development, launch execution, and post-launch evaluation. The Project Manager will partner with Marketing and cross-functional project teams to facilitate and manage the scoping, planning, and timing of any given project.

ResponsibilitiesProject management from charter development to post-launch reviewDevelop all gate documents to support the project life cycle using stage & gate process, facilitate the cross-functional team to define the critical success factors, conduct the risk assessment, determine the feasibility scores for all activities, and develop project timelinesCoordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure post-launch review is completed in a timely manner and learnings are incorporated into subsequent projectsEstablish and chair project team meetings, resolving cross-functional issues and management of the communication flow between all functions and levels within the organizationPrepare comprehensive project documentation, including project plans and progress reportsDevelop project timelines with key milestones, identify dependencies, track progress, resourcing, budget, and risks to ensure each project is properly scoped so that success can be measuredImplement a stage & gate process for the organization and govern project adherence of to the development processResponsible for ensuring that project plans at each gate deliver the critical success factors agreed for the projectDevelop and maintain key performance indicators that measure the effectiveness and timeliness of the process and leverage reporting for ongoing continuous improvementTravel: 10-15%Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing, or related field5 years of experience planning, directing, and coordinating marketing programs3 years of Project Management experience providing input to strategic decisionsProject Management Certification such as PMP, CAPM, or similarExperience managing project teams, including a basic understanding of marketing principlesKnowledge of stage and gate business process application, development, and executionAbility to handle multiple projects under tight deadlinesProactive, with a high level of organizationDemonstrated experience with process improvement processesStrong collaboration skills with the ability to ensure accountability, resolve conflict, provide feedback, and implement creative solutionsAction-oriented with a demonstrated history of driving resultsPreferred
Qualifications
Master's degree in Marketing, Business or related field7+ years of business experience, including 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods industry and/or Marketing functionProject management experience across multiple business functionsProficiency in project management software, with familiarity in 'Monday.com' a plusWhat we offer
