Job Description:
Job Summary:Responsible for supporting the departments clerical and administrative needs. Responsibilities may vary by department and subsidiary.Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for New hire technical training (Full day Training)Submitting Credentials for all new hiresCollaborating with the Onboarding team to ensure timely access for new hiresRunning daily reports and communicating them to Directors, Managers and VPFollowing up with Directors and Managers on lingering issues/metricsHandling emails from patients with complaintsWork closely with the Regional directors and VP on multiple projects utilizing Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and our internal EMR softwareMaintain consistent and concise communication via email and phonePerform general administrative duties to support the department (i.e. filing, telephone support, coordinating meetings, etc).Maintain department records.Maintain confidentiality at all times.Respond to requests and questions in a timely and professional manner.Other duties as assigned.Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):Must be able to type and file accurately.General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office softwareProvide clear written and verbal communication.Detail oriented.Ability to multi-task and be organized.Education & Experience Requirements:The above knowledge, skills and abilities may be demonstrated by a high school diploma or equivalent.Pay Range:USD $20.00 - USD $25.32 /per hour
Shift:Mornings
Shift Variations:Monday to Friday 8:0am to 5:00pm
