ServiceNow Developer
to join our dynamic IT Support team supporting an Army Installation Management Command/Child/Youth Services contract. This position will report to the Service Delivery Manager and manage the contracts FedRamp SAAS installation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, including experience with ITSM ServiceNow modules. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance our IT service management processes.This position is remote with a preference for candidates located in Southern ColoradoIn this role, you will:Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and enhancements as the program grows.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Assist in the documentation of processes, workflows, and technical configurations.Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods.Perform unit testing and ensure quality standards are met.Provide Level 2 support for ServiceNow-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolving problems as needed.Participate in the development of ServiceNow best practices, standards, and guidelines.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends
Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will have:US Citizenship is requiredBachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administrationStrong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSMProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologiesExperience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdditional desired experience and skills:Experience with Agile development methodologiesFamiliarity with ITIL concepts and practicesKnowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ReportingExperience with ServiceNow Upgrade and Release ManagementUnderstanding of ServiceNow Security and Access ControlExperience with Asset, HAM, CMDB implementationServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications preferredIn compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $83,365.11 to $138,941.85; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.Company Overview :Serco Inc.
