Serco is the place for you!Serco has a great Strategic Planner opportunity for you as part of the Global Logistics Augmentation and Staff Support (GLASS) team in supporting the Army Sustainment Command in Fort Shafter, Hawaii.Join an integrated government-industry team in support of multiple program functions. Use your expertise and collaborative skills to positively impact our national defense and make a difference in the worlds greatest Army.In this role, you will:Assist with providing ASC the visibility at TS/SCI level events and to assist in the preparation and development of all necessary staff estimates, courses of action, Operation Orders, Fragmentary Orders and Warning Orders related to the Combatant Commanders (COCOM), HQ Department of the Army (HQDA) and Army Material Command (AMC) plans and orders.Assist with analysis and evaluation of ASC's role and mission within the Army.Assist with conducting mid and long range planning.Assist with implementation of action plans.Assist with developing staff estimates and courses of action that support COCOM Commanders theater strategy, campaign plans, OPLANS (Level I - IV), and OPORDsIn compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $112,133 to $186,888; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will have:US CitizenshipAn active TS/SCI clearanceA bachelors degreeA minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in support of a Joint, US Army, or component level headquarters.Graduate of either the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) or Joint Informational Operational Planners Course (JIPOC).Broad knowledge of the Army Sustainment Enterprise at the Department of Army and how it relates to other procuring headquarters, USATRANSCOM and other ASCC Headquarters.The ability to travel up to 10% of the time as neededAdditional desired experience and skills:Masters and/or Army War College experience.Recent experience working at the one star or higher-level command.If you are interested in supporting and working with a passionate Serco team- then submit your application now for immediate consideration.
