Insight Global is looking to hire a Helpdesk Support Analyst to work for a large financial client in Salt Lake City. This role is the first point of contact for existing and potential clients, and you will be fielding incoming calls. You can expect to take around 100 calls per day, each around 30 seconds, and transfer the call to the appropriate person or department. The Operator Support team is also dedicated to managing and assisting Audio Conference operator assisted calls and Zoom meetings for the Executive Office and high profile clients of the firm. This role is instrumental in making sure the meetings are handled with the highest level of professionalism and accuracy.
