General Description of Duties: Under general supervision, the Software Specialist is responsible for monitoring the software platforms, to ensure the overall operations are current and running as needed including quality standards and meeting production/contract deadlines as applicable. Must be self-directed.Works with all software platforms, to include coding various workflows utilized in the daily operations, creating daily batch summaries and creating detailed invoices for each customer. Implements procedures and training to develop or increase skill/productivity for the Operational Staff who will be using the software platforms.Maintains knowledge of current postal codes and any future changes within USPS that will impact the contracts.
Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required.Must be 21 years of age, or older.One (1) year experience working in a production, business, or industry environment required.Associates degree in a related human services field may substitute for working experience.Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with internal and external customers of Adelante.
Other Requirements: Must pass pre-employment drug and TB screen, and Agency, Federal and State Department of Health background investigations.Must have own, reliable transportation and an insurable driving record. Job Type: Part-Time 20 hours per week. M-F 8:00am - 12:00pm.
Pay from: $26.00 per hour.
