We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to create, automate, and optimize business processes and workflows, as well as enhance operational efficiency.

After the initial onsite training period in Meridian Idaho, this position has flexibility to be based in hybrid work location (both onsite Meridian Idaho campus and work-from-home). #LI-Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop RPA solutions using development tool(s)Collaborate with business operations and business analysts to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.Create detailed process documentation, technical specifications, and testing plans.Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots, ensuring they meet business requirements and function efficiently.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation scripts to ensure smooth operation post-deployment.Maintain and enhance existing RPA processes by identifying improvement opportunities.Work closely with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions within existing systems.Monitor bot performance, handle incidents, and implement corrective actions when needed.Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends and best practices to continually improve the development process.Required Education (must meet one of the following):

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field of study or equivalent work experience (Two years' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)International Degree equivalencyApplicable certification(s) as defined by the leader +2 years additional experienceAssociate's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field of study + 2 years additional experienceExperience:

ideally 2/+ years' experience, preferably to include:

Development experience in C# (or similar); the developer will work with a development tool rather than a specific languageStrong grasp of logical reasoning to be able to break down complex problems into manageable parts and devise efficient solutionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.NICE APA developmentHTMLJavaScriptWorking with databases (SQL) and APIs for system integrations.Familiarity with workflow automation, business process mapping, and process re-engineering.Preferred Skills:

CSSjQueryJSONChrome DevToolsCognizant Facets application (front end and back end)Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, or cognitive automation.Knowledge of agile development methodologies.Familiarity with RPA solutions (on-prem and/or cloud).
