Business Systems Analysts are responsible for understanding and translating the needs of the business with the use of technology. They ensure their deliverables are aligned with business need and requirements, provide advice, and work cross-functionally with the project team. They possess strong inter-personal communication skills and time management skills with a strong ability to communicate and work well with others. They possess strong analytical skills and the ability to produce efficient solutions and protocols to meet the objectives through agile.

- Financial Services industry experience
Pay Rate: $50-60+/hour - 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Systems Analyst
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem: Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce profiles and permissions set structure
- Understanding of the implementation of applications into Salesforce, setup, configuration
- Understanding with the concepts of Web Services and API technologies -- data Integration in/out of Salesforce
- Comprehensive analytical skills and ability to multi-task to perform multiple complex tasks
- Design and development of activity diagrams, context diagrams, intersystem dependency diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
- Familiarity of the design and development of a use cases and UML
