Administrative Assistant , to be based in their Portland, Maine office.Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:High school diploma3 years working in an administrative assistant roleProficiency with MS Office Suite and standard office equipmentMeticulous organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficientlyStrong attention to detailAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding company informationAbility to work onsite in Portland, ME Monday through Friday.Some travel may be required.Benefits of the Job:Pay in the range of: $20-25 per hourVacation and sick timeSIMPLE IRA with 3% matchHealth insurance (3 options), dental insurance, vision insuranceConvenient locationResponsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:Greet customer and vendors professionally with a focus on customer service, usually over the phone and in email.Process daily mail, including distribution to remote officesMaintain electronic and physical files in an organized manner.Coordinate building maintenance, including maintenance arrangements, cleaning contracts and lessee relationshipsEnsure timely vehicle registrations and coordinate vehicle insuranceBook travel arrangements for management and engineersAttend meetings, take notes, distribute for review and confirmation, and maintain recordsOther duties as assigned.Foster positive and productive client relationshipsPlayer Design, Inc is a leader in solid fuel energy systems and industrial drying systems. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for supporting the executive staff in all administrative functions and processes.
