Our client is a non-profit organization looking to add an

Administrative Assistant

to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$30/hr - $35/hr

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant would be responsible for making appointments, calendar management, and basic administrative duties for the department.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

Take charge of calendar management.Assist with gatekeeping and travel arrangements for the CEO.Perform basic Administrative Assistant duties for the department.Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

Experience with Microsoft Office.At least 3 - 4 years working for an accounting firm.Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is required.Benefits:
