Position Summary

The Document Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining organized and updated documents for the Quality Department. They will use the company tracking database to upload or scan paper documents, retrieve documents from Quality personnel and ensure document storage complies with the law and Tronair processes.

Essential Functions

Prepares, files and maintains physical and or electronic records and documents in required formatsCompiles and verifies information using simple calculations and standard Tronair proceduresInputs data into a tracking database (Excel / XA)Retrieves documents or responds to requests for information from internal or external customers by phone or emailAssist department with general office tasks such as copying, mailing, and ordering supplies.Observes and follows all established safety policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assignedQualifications

Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalentHighly proficient with data entry and keyboard skillsProficient with Microsoft office and other office software programsProficient in the use of standard office equipment; printers, scanners, copiers, etc.Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verballyStrong attention to detail and self-motivatedPhysical Requirements
