Remote - IAM Analyst

A large software and gaming company is looking for a Remote IAM analyst to join a growing team responsible for User Access Reviews.
In this role you will:
-Ability to effectively and professionally interact and communicate with your supervisor, managers, other employees, residents, senior staff, owners, government agencies, sponsors and clients.
-Conduct Quarterly, Bi-Annual, and Annual User access reviews for individuals, roles, accesses, and applications to meet compliance requirements.
-Participate in Identity and Access Management enterprise governance processes and drive IAM standards adoption.
-Document and operationalize procedures to create a uniform process for preparing, executing, and communicating around User access reviews and other compliance related needs.
-Work with and understand IAM systems that are built in-house for applications, third party applications and SaaS applications for provisioning, identity authentication, and authorization between IAM tools and system resources.
-Be involved with testing for General IT and IT Application controls for compliance reporting and external audit reliance.
-Organize visibility into our product roadmap to help educate and engage customers
-Work with internal and external audit groups to maintain industry best practices

-Strong project and time management skills, with a ability to prioritize, solve problems, multitask, and meet deadlines
-Must be detail oriented and display strong problem solving skills
-Requires minimal management attention--self-managed.
-Experience with compliance such as SOC 2, TREAD, GDPR, SOX, or other related areas .
-Must be comfortable with remote work including video Zoom, slack, and other online collaboration tools.
