The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining, configuring, and optimizing our network infrastructure, with a special emphasis on managing and configuring Cisco phone systems (CUCM, VoIP, etc.).This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional in the field, with the technical expertise to ensure robust network performance and seamless communication solutions.Key Responsibilities:Manage, configure, and troubleshoot
Cisco-based network infrastructure
(routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)Lead the configuration, administration, and maintenance of
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
and other Cisco telephony systemsOptimize and maintain
Cisco VoIP
solutions, ensuring smooth call routing and phone system performanceMonitor and maintain network security, including firewall and VPN configurationsDiagnose and resolve network issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtimeCollaborate with IT teams to implement scalable and secure network designsMaintain up-to-date documentation on network configurations and changesProvide support for network infrastructure expansions, upgrades, and migrationsEnsure compliance with industry best practices and company policies for network security and performancePerform regular audits of network operations, including telephony systems, to identify and address potential vulnerabilitiesKey Qualifications:6+ years
of experience in network administration, with a strong focus on
Cisco technologiesExpertise in
Cisco Phone Routing and Configuration
(CUCM, VoIP, SIP, etc.) is
essentialProficiency in
Cisco routing and switching
technologies (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.)Experience with
network security , including firewall management and VPN solutionsCisco certifications
such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly preferredStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network and telephony issuesExcellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetExperience with network monitoring tools and systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet project deadlinesNo third parties will be considered.
