HCM Business Systems Analyst

As part of the IT Applications team, this position will be responsible for maintaining, and supporting multiple Oracle EBS/Cloud applications and associated business processes related to Human Capital Management, but is not limited to modules such as Oracle Cloud Benefits, Talent and Performance, Learning, Health and Safety, Compensation Workbench, etc. This position will be responsible for the following:

Analysis and Solution Definition:

Reviews, analyzes and resolves on-going customer requestsCollaborates with HR users to promote, develop, and enhance solutions that support timely and accurate transactional data and reportingConfigures and maintains both Production and Non-Production environments to support technical team development efforts and user acceptance testing as applicableProject Execution, Delivery and Support:

Develops functional specifications for mappings/interfaces, packages, procedures and scheduled jobsSupports the development of training materials for the business users and if needed, assists in the delivery of training contentAssists and ensures business end users are able to trouble-shoot and identify root cause(s) of system errors. In addition,Properly identifies, tracks, reports, and resolves issues in a timely mannerProvides production support for many modules and/or business systems within the business area they supportResponsible for the on-time and quality of their assigned tasks and activities through the IT project lifecycleJob Requirements Experience:

Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 3 years of functional experience with Oracle HCM applicationsWorking knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 HCM applications and Oracle HCM Cloud Modules; Benefits, Core HR, Performance, Learning and related modulesExperience in HRIS or IT systems analysis, design and supportKnowledge and Skills:

Proactive in delivering value based results from Analysis through the various phases of the IT Project Lifecycle.Ability to successfully engage in multiple IT initiatives simultaneouslyUnderstands the concepts and methodologies associated with the areas of IT Software Development LifecycleSupporting IT operational and key controls and supporting systemsVery good organizational, communication & documentation skills with high attention to detailAbility to interact well with all levels within the organizationExcellent problem solving/analytical skills with a high level of accuracy
