How we LEAD:

We are currently seeking an eager and enthusiastic production administrative assistant, who has a passion for music, shows a lot of initiative and can work in a fast pace high pressured environment.

How you'll CREATE:

Schedule & Manage weekly Production Meetings for all REPUBLIC Corp Labels.Maintain & Oversee all Release Schedules for the REPUBLIC Corp labels, includes running reports, updating schedules, capturing & communicating release changes.Assistance with inputting frontline album credits & metadata.Manage & Maintain an updated Distribution Lists for all REPUBLIC Corp labels.Maintenance/Admin of International Releases.You will start learning physical & digital audio production, from determining deadlines through to delivering finished products for distribution.Work closely with label sales teams to provide Key Release Information as needed.Maintain Executive's Outlook Calendar & Monitor/Direct Phone Calls, Expenses.Manage archival & distribution of all product Samples & Finished Goods to Executives.Help with maintaining Department's Vacation Calendar/Forms.Coordinate All Departmental Travel.Special projects as assigned.Bring your VIBE:

Salary Range:$24,935-$50,600

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
