How you'll CREATE:

Provide front-line support, on-site and remotely, for matters related to network access, computer hardware/software issues, and various other technical needs.Respond to user requests promptly, take necessary action to ensure resolution in a timely manner, thoroughly update call ticketing system, and document resolution steps in knowledgebase.Act on behalf of users when assistance is required from external resources, maintaining ownership of incidents until they are resolved.Image and configure workstations to company specifications as necessary.Work with Global IT to facilitate user account setup and administration, including active directory, Microsoft 365, Global Protect VPN, DUO MFA, and various others.Carry out duties and responsibilities as assigned and prioritized by senior technical staff, including but not limited to monitoring and facilitating backups, documenting IT assets, and other tasks as assigned.How you'll LEAD:

Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.Exceptional customer service understanding and orientation, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.Good interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to think critically.Ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with networking concepts, server operating systems, active directory, and general scripting.5 years of experience as a technical support engineer, supporting Windows 10 and Mac OSX, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in a medium to large multi-user office environment.Bring your VIBE:
