Duties and Responsibilities:
Professionally represent the PD principles of honesty and integrityWork at the direction of the Director of Technical Services and Special ProjectsInternal and external Customer communication as requiredLearn and utilize (Matterport, Hover, RMS, Xactimate, Symbility, etc.)Competent use of Beacon 3D+(Hover) to provide roof and elevation data for estimating purposes.Assist with updating 3rd party programs online to ensure compliance with program service standardsSupport Sales/Production with maintaining required documentation in RMS and other designated softwarePhotograph homes and businessesUpload photos to Xactimate estimating software with labeling as instructedEnter estimate line-item details using Xactimate to provide rough draft estimatesGenerate sketch floor plans within Xactimate estimating softwareProvide periodic Matterport services - to include harvest and storage of scanned linksAssist with updating 3rd party programs online to ensure compliance with program service standardsCreate graphical work scopes utilizing Microsoft Publisher as requestedMaintain and obtain additional IICRC certifications, when requestedStay up to date with technologies, equipment, processes, building products, etc.Proactive communication with management and team leadersIdentify and report safety concerns when on site at losses or at officeOperate and maintain Paul Davis vehicle when requiredAdditional job duties as requiredRequirements
2 years of experience in related field preferredBuilding construction knowledge and experienceKnowledge of practices & procedures in water, fire, and mold tradesEfficient in Xactimate, Simbility, Outlook, CRM, Excel, Microsoft SuiteAbility to plan and organizeAble to adapt to a fast-paced work environmentExcellent Customer service skillsCamera/lighting experience is a plusAble to enter areas of fire, smoke, mold, sewage, etc.Able to climb ladders, access roofs, access atticsAble to work additional hours when needed-expected to be on-call based on a rotation basis.Valid driver's licenseSuccessful completion of pre-employment testingEducation:
2-year Technical Degree Preferred or Equivalent Experience
