We'd love to have you as part of our family.Paul Davis Restoration of Waukesha is looking for Hard Working and Reliable individuals to Assist in the photographing, estimating, and mapping of homes and businesses affected by a fire, flood, storm, or other disasters. This is an extremely important role in our company, and we are looking for the best of the best to fill it. Some duties include photographing, sketching, and estimating.RequirementsDuties and Responsibilities:Professionally represent the PD principles of honesty and integrityWork at the direction of the Director of Technical ServicesLearn and Utilize technical software (Matterport, Hover, Beacon 3D, RMS, Xactimate, Symbility, etc.)Schedule appointments with customersPhotograph homes and businesses with Matterport 3D CameraUpload photographed scans of customers home to their profilesSketch and measure parts of homes occasionally not detected by the camera (pencil, paper, laser measure)Create an estimate for work to be done using Xactimate/Symbility SoftwareProactive communication with management and team leadersShow up clean, work clean, leave the work area cleaner than it was when you arrived, and clean up after yourselfJobsite security and safetyOther job duties as requiredMust Have A Valid Driver's LicenseMust Be Able to Pass Felony Background Check, Drug Screen, and Alcohol ScreenEducation: 2-year Technical Degree Preferred or Equivalent ExperienceExperience: Entry LevelPhysical Demands:Time Management skills are a mustCamera/lighting experience is a plusComputer experience is a mustMicrosoft Office Suite Experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)Good organizational skills are a plusLift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (occasionally) 20-100 lbs.May involve significant stand/walk/ push/pull.Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.Ability to work in confined spaces.Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times.Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions.Reports to: Director of Technical ServicesShift: 8:00am - 5:00pm shift with 30 minute lunch Monday - Friday. The employee is expected to work overtime when requested. The employee is expected to be on-call based on a rotation basis.This position requires a professional appearance and demeanor to be maintained at all times.
