Job Summary: The QA Analyst executes testing procedures to ensure that software meets established quality standards. Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneDuties/Responsibilities: Observing, testing, diagnosing, and reporting faults in the software and hardware. Troubleshoot issues reported by customers. Diagnose, document and correct quality complaints and issues. Prepare and execute test plans and test cases for projects and product releases. Learn different QA testing methodologies and standards. Work closely with the Development Engineering and QA team. Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing. Identify any potential problems that users might encounter. The position requires managing multiple competing priorities in a timely manner, to stay on schedule. - Detail-oriented and patient. - Must be a team-oriented problem solver who takes ownership of work performed.
