As a Receptionist, you will perform routine clerical, secretarial, and administrative work in answering telephones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, data processing, and record keeping. This position allows for the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility within the company as capability is demonstrated. Attention to detail, high energy, pro-activity, excellent organization, and follow-up skills are essential.

Must be on-site Monday through Thursday (can work remotely on Fridays)Essential Functions1. Answering incoming calls, transferring them accordingly2. Designated resource for the Greensboro, NC office as it relates to team members' support needs.3. Ordering, receiving, and stocking office supplies (desk supplies, copy supplies, beverages, food supplies, or any general supplies4. Preparing for and greeting office visitors5. Managing designated office vendor relationships6. Planning and coordinating team events7. Executing designated record-keeping activities across applicable tools and systems8. Proofing, cleansing, and formatting references for production9. Ordering, receiving, and coordinating gifts (including shipping where applicable)10.
