Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, providing a professional and friendly environment.Manage phone calls, emails, and scheduling of meetings for the office.Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper.Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, creating presentations, and handling office communications.Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.Salary

$850 - $1100 per week
