VP of Financial Planning & Analysis

Summary : Our growing, PE backed, technology client is seeking a VP of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join their team. The VP of FP&A will play a critical role in driving the financial performance and strategic decision-making processes of the organization. The VP of FP&A will report to the CFO and manage FP&A, treasury and M&A for the company.Local candidates to metro Atlanta, GA only.Responsibilities :Lead the global FP&A functionBuilt and own detailed financial modelsLead/Develop analyses around key financial metrics, trends, and variances to provide insights into business performanceParticipate in management of the corporate G&A expensesEvaluate investment opportunitiesIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiencyManage banking relationshipsSupport integration efforts post-acquisitionProvide management, direction, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports and matrixed personnelSkills, Competencies, and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and/or finance rolesExperience in FP&A, M&A, and Treasury5+ years of experience managing direct reports in finance rolesExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsPE backed company experience a plusExperience working with planning toolsInternational finance experience
