Role: Technical Services - Office (DocuCare) Level 1Location: Cleveland, OH 44122Duration: 12+ months (Possible Extension)Shift timings: M - F (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:-
Possesses skills and competencies to deliver basic contracted customer requirements (including: copying, faxing, printing, and scanning functions)Tasks and activities are defined and routinePoint of contact for equipment support and servicePerform basic equipment problem diagnosisClean and maintain office equipment as neededReplace operator-accessible parts and consumablesMaintain appropriate supply inventoryMaintain agreed-upon level of uptime for the copier fleetCollect and submit meter readsTrack and coordinate the Move/Add/Change (MAC) of office equipment/assetsPoint of contact for equipment removal/deliveryPoint of contact to receive and electronically log customer jobsApply asset tags to office equipment and update the databaseProcess and distribute incoming and outgoing faxes, log for billing purposesAbility to lift up to 50 poundsSKILLS: -
Ability to demonstrate Computer Skills Basic knowledge of PC (keyboard functions, mouse, etc.)Ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of MS Word and/or Excel or equivalent -- Open saved workbooks -- Data entry -- Basic data and column/row formatting -- Print and save workbooksAble to demonstrate ability to send and receive email; -- Find, open, and save documents and files -- Perform data entry -- Use Internet Explorer for web browsing -- Send documents to preconfigured printerAble to demonstrate use of Basic Math skills (division, multiplication, percentages)Able to demonstrate business maturity and professionalismEXPERIENCE:
Experience in a Customer Service environment (minimum 1 year)

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
