Major Responsibilities: Providing IT support for users in the assigned sites. Managing IT asset and stock. Installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices. Following-up on client questions and problems (hardware and software) until resolved. Documenting issues and resolutions, producing reports when required Providing administrative support for IT systems, including user role and access permissions Improving and maintaining customer satisfaction Interacting with external service providers for additional support Contributing to testing and system quality compliance. Following corporate policies and procedures. And other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Key Relationships: Interact with business users, IT and external service providers. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in the field of information technology, computer science, engineering or science is required. Experience: At least 1-3 years IT onsite support experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or life science industries Key Capabilities, Knowledge, and Skills: Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, iOS Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and solve problems based on guidelines and experience. Strong quality and customer service mindset. Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and skills. Knowledge of system and network administration, cloud based applications is a plus. Experience in Office 365, Excel macro, Linux and/or Windows Shell scripting is a plus. 1 st shift: Sunday / through Tuesday / Wednesday - 1:00pm to 12:30am / 1:00am. 4 days on and 3 days off than vice versa. 2 nd shift Wednesday / Thursday - through Saturday - 1:00pm to 12:30am / 1:00am. 4 days on and 3 days off than vice versa. 12 hours shifts.
