*Essential Qualifications:*
_Required:_* Minimum 18 years of age.* High school diploma or equivalent.* Physical ability to perform job-related duties.
*Key Responsibilities:** Provide basic care to residents, including assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.* Support residents with eating, range of motion exercises, and mobility.* Accurately record vital signs, intake/output, and other necessary data.* Document ADLs and resident care activities diligently.* Maintain punctuality and regular attendance.* Participate in staff meetings and demonstrate patience, politeness, and effective communication.
*Schedule:** Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM* Full-Time / Part-Time Positions Available.#INDHP
