*Essential Qualifications:*
_Required:_* High school diploma.* Current valid LPN/RN license in the state employed.* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.* Physical ability to perform job-related duties.
_Preferred:_* Experience in Infection Control, Memory Care, and COVID care.
*Job Duties & Responsibilities:** Maintain punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.* Deliver the highest quality of nursing care to patients with varying medical needs.* Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans.* Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.* Collaborate with physicians or specialists regarding patient care.* Ensure accurate and thorough patient medical records.* Participate in medication management and emergency measures as necessary.* Provide emotional support and advice to patients and their families.
*Schedule:** 12-Hour Shifts* 8-Hour Shifts* PRN Shifts* Full-Time and Part-Time Positions.
