Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll for approximately 300 employees, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including tax filings and deductions.
• Data Integrity and Confidentiality: Maintain secure payroll records, handling employee data with the utmost discretion.
• Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with HR and Finance teams to align payroll with benefits, compensation, and operational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, preferably in manufacturing or similar industries.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy in all payroll-related tasks.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both within the team and with employees at all levels.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Location: On-site in Madison, WI
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
