CFS Dayton has partnered with a local family-owned company that carries a great reputation in the service industry. We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with a strong background in inventory accounting, purchasing/pricing, and NetSuite.THE COMPANY:

- Assists with analysis of the Company's periodic financial results compared to Budget, Prior Year, Industry Benchmark data, etc.
- Supports the successful and timely processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including streamlining these processes where possible.
- Prepares specific monthly or quarterly account reconciliations for review by the Controller or CFO.
- Work with analysts in other areas of the business (Sales, Operations, Purchasing, IT, HR, etc.) to resolve data questions, process issues, provide analysis, etc.
- Assists in developing financial forecasts and budgets.
- Assists in developing and updating cash flow forecasts
- 4+ years' experience in an accounting/analyst role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- Accounting experience in Distribution, Manufacturing, and Retail is preferred
- Proficient in ERP database and accounting computer application systems
