Work collaboratively within a team to provide prompt, effective and professional communication with customers for service inquiries, trouble calls and product information. EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt EMPLOYEE REPORTS TO: Business Services Manager EMPLOYEE SUPERVISES: None EDUCATION: High school Diploma or GED equivalent SKILLS: Excellent customers service skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well under pressure and within time restraints. Ability to work with upset and/or frustrated individuals. Ability to perform well in a Call Center environment. Ability to communicate in a positive and friendly manner with internal staff and external customers to address their needs promptly and follow through on commitments. Ability to work with various Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams. Ability to perform independent research for projects. Ability to compose documentation and detailed work procedures. Ability to work well in a team environment. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of four (4) years' experience supporting end users with at least one of the following services: voice, internet, cable television. Minimum of four (4) years' experience working with ordering, trouble tickets and billing systems. Minimum of four (4) years' experience maintaining customer records, account information, and CPNI. Minimum of four (4) years' experience working with outside vendors or companies for installations, changes, or repair of telecommunication services. Minimum of four (4) years' experience of working with Port-In and Port-Out telephone numbers (preferred). Minimum of four (4) years' experience basic troubleshooting of technical equipment (preferred). OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employment entities. Must be able to pass a hiring and periodic random urinalysis. Must be able to successfully complete a Tribal, State and Federal background investigation. Must be able to work holidays as needed. Must be available for periodic overtime if required. PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND/OR PREREQUISITES: Manual and finger dexterity for the operation of a personal computer, telephone and routine paperwork. Stamina to sit, stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time. Tolerance to be exposed to computer screens for prolonged periods of time on a regular basis.
