The successful candidate will: develop, implement, and administers Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) security policies and procedures for classified programs and protect proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Responsibilities include supporting the RMS Special Programs Division and all assigned duties as required. Successful candidate should have a high level of understanding and be able to implement security requirements applied to SCI and SAP operations. This position is primarily first shift (Mon-Thurs 4X10), but mission requirements may necessitate extended hours or other shift work. Selected candidate will be responsible for a diverse scope of functions to include but not limited to: 1. Performing as the Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO); as such preparing, organizing, and filing all program security paperwork to include Self-Inspection Checklists, Fixed Facility Checklists, OPSEC Plans, Transportation Plans, Destruction Plans, and other associated CONOPs as may be required. 2. Administering the SCI Nomination process by processing and preparing SCI Nomination packages. 3. Administering the SAP PERSEC Nomination process by processing and preparing SAP Nomination packages. 4. Classified document control to include inventories, maintenance logs tracking documents and equipment in transition. Program asset tracking and updating asset information in the Security Information Management System (SIMS). Processes and tracks incoming and outgoing Visit Authorization Requests. 5. Maintaining end of day logs, safe checks, visitor logs and pass down logs. 6. Provide security escorting for uncleared personnel as required. 7. Conduct annual Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA) campaigns; protects against the Insider Threat. 8. Processes and tracks foreign travel requests. 9. Assist Program Management Team(s) by ensuring operations are compliant with USG Security regulations per customer requirements. Basic Qualifications: 1. Final transferable Top Secret security clearance, last Periodic Reinvestigation must be within the last 6 years. 2. Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) Access. 3. Knowledge of Advanced Programs Security requirements and Operations Security (OPSEC) 4. Knowledge of DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, ICD 705 Physical Security Specifications, and DoD National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual -CFR 32 Part 117 5. Works well independently and in group settings and substantial CPSO and/or CSSO experience. 6. Excellent written, verbal, and customer interface skills. 7. Ability to multi-task and remain organized; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products. 8. Experience as TSCO Desired Skills: 1. Be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently, as well as make significant contributions in a team environment. 2. Have excellent communication skills to include verbal and written, as well as seasoned professional with tact and diplomacy being key 3. Successful completion of the DCSA SAP Mid-Level Management Course is preferred. 4. Considered a SME on DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals. 5. Considered a SME for SAP/SCI Nomination Process. 5. Considered a SME for DOD 5105.21 SCI Manuals. 6. Considered a SME for ICD 705 Physical Security. . Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $67,200 - $128,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
