Seeking a
Business Analyst Lead
to collaborate with
Securities Operations, Technology, and Transformation teams
to deliver detailed business and functional analysis, as well as build specifications for target state design.Responsibilities:
Conduct
requirements gathering , stakeholder engagement, and process documentation.Collaborate with teams to design, map, and implement
new operational, risk, and control processes .Provide input into functionality changes,
automation opportunities , and support
UAT activities .Perform impact assessments and develop procedures, training, and UAT scenarios.Produce management reporting on project status and progress.Support the
decommission and migration
process across operational functions.Evaluate the
current state of GMO reconciliation
and tooling capabilities.Required Skills:
Business Analyst or Project Manager experience in
Capital Markets / Operations
(Middle or Back Office).Proficient in
data analysis
and
visualization .Experience managing large data sets and presenting insights.Strong ability to
engage and influence
senior and junior staff.Undergraduate degree in a related field.Preferred Skills:
Experience as a
Project Manager at a tier 1 bank .Expertise in
storytelling
