The role requires a candidate who is comfortable with fluid change, understanding complex product sets and operational practices, developing networks and performing structured analysis to deliver critical requirements. There will be a high level of stakeholder exposure across Operations, Finance, Technology and the business, in addition to building relationships with various sub team leads. Up to date industry knowledge on business analysis best practices and fixed income product knowledge is highly sought. Responsibilities: - Understanding systems migration and how it relates to operations teams - Designing, mapping current state and building new operational, risk and control processes as required - develop strong partnerships across operational functional areas, with project and technology leads and their teams to support the decommission and subsequent migration - provide input into functionality changes and automation opportunities - Perform impact assessments, produce business requirements, UAT scenarios, procedures, training etc. - coordination of requirements by ensuring appropriate documentation and sign off - pro-actively manage changes impacting scope and identifying and implementing contingency plans as necessary - produce management reporting on status and progress and provide support to the project manager as a deputy -Understanding and evaluate the current state of the GMO reconciliation & tooling capability.
