Job description

The On-Site Computer Support Specialist provides technical support for employees. Responsibilities include assigning, installing, maintaining, and configuring computer hardware and software and ensuring the security of networks and systems. This role also provides guidance to users regarding the operation of equipment, network administration, and troubleshooting user support issues.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of PC hardware and software configurations, troubleshooting and maintenanceExperience installing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft productsExperience troubleshooting email related issuesConfiguration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewallsAbility to multitask in order to complete responsibilities in a timely and accurate mannerAbility to recognize IT issues and opportunities and determine the appropriate action requiredAbility to use time effectively and efficientlyKnowledge of network infrastructure standards
