Senior Financial Analyst - Non Profit ! This role is crucial in driving data-driven decision-making and ensuring the financial health of our client's organization. This role will work with a team of two individuals, focus heavily on reporting and will be back in office 2 days a week in the Loop. This role is budgeted up to a base of $90,0000.
Senior Financial Analyst - Non Profit Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial models and forecastsAnalyze financial data to provide insights on organizational performancePrepare and present financial reports to leadership and board membersOversee budgeting processes and variance analysisCollaborate with program teams to assess financial implications of initiativesIdentify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficienciesEnsure compliance with non-profit accounting standards and regulations
Senior Financial Analyst - Non Profit Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in non-profit sectorStrong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelingExpert in Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage Intacct)Excellent communication and presentation skillsDetail-oriented with a strategic mindset
