The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking an experienced

Administrative Assistant

to support its facility and property management services. Office located in Chicopee, MA.

Your role as an Administrative Assistant:

The Administrative Assistant will report to the Property Manager and is a key member of the department responsible for monitoring and editing the electronic work order system, following up with contractors/vendors, coordinating and tracking facility safety and environmental inspections, supporting inventory organization, and general office management duties. The Administrative Assistant also maintains department records including quotes, ADA surveys, vehicle tracking, purchasing receipts, property leases, etc. and interacts with fiscal and compliance departments.

REQUIRMENTS:

High School or better.Reliable, registered & insured vehicle and approved driving record checkApproved criminal background check (CORI)

SUCCESS FACTORS:

Ideal candidate will have demonstrated office management skills in a computerized setting, solid working knowledge of Microsoft suite, knowledge of environmental and property management services, attention to detail, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment along with strong time management and organization skills.

Pay rate starts at $20.00/hr. starting rate has some flexibility for experienced candidates. Also includes a phenomenal benefits package that includes Dental, Health and Life insurance. Paid time off, earned vacation time and paid holidays just to name a few.
