We are looking for a talented and experienced Database and Reporting Developer for the CUIC Team. The CUIC team supports the Contact Centers reporting and intelligence processes through the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and Google Cloud Platform. The Database and Reports Developer is responsible for providing solution options for business requests, supporting the existing Contact Center platform and dependent components, and assisting Contact Centers business processes. We are looking for a Database and Reports Developer to join the experienced, highly skilled, 3-person US-based team supporting the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center for the Ford global enterprise contact center.
