Growing and dynamic company located in central Denver is looking for a strong Accounting/Office Manager to support the CEO and staff.

The Accounting/Office Manager role can be hybrid (in-office 3 days/week).

The Accounting/Office Manager will report directly to the CEO.

Accounting/Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • full cycle accounting duties in QuickBooks to include accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank and general ledger account reconciliations, consolidating financials
  • act as the primary contact for human resources and payroll
  • financial reports for the Board of Directors
  • assist with documentation for an upcoming acquisition
  • act as liaison between the CEO and Board of Directors
  • assist the CEO with special projects

Accounting/Office Manager Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • QuickBooks experience
  • intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • experience with multiple-entity accounting and consolidating financials
  • any experience working with a Board of Directors is a plus!
  • self-starter, as this is a fairly independent role
  • strong written communication

Hours for the Accounting/Office Manager are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 (with flexibility) in a business-casual environment

Hybrid schedule of 3 days/week in office, 2 days/week work remotely
