Growing and dynamic company located in central Denver is looking for a strong Accounting/Office Manager to support the CEO and staff.
The Accounting/Office Manager role can be hybrid (in-office 3 days/week).
The Accounting/Office Manager will report directly to the CEO.
Accounting/Office Manager Responsibilities:
- full cycle accounting duties in QuickBooks to include accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank and general ledger account reconciliations, consolidating financials
- act as the primary contact for human resources and payroll
- financial reports for the Board of Directors
- assist with documentation for an upcoming acquisition
- act as liaison between the CEO and Board of Directors
- assist the CEO with special projects
Accounting/Office Manager Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- QuickBooks experience
- intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- experience with multiple-entity accounting and consolidating financials
- any experience working with a Board of Directors is a plus!
- self-starter, as this is a fairly independent role
- strong written communication
Hours for the Accounting/Office Manager are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 (with flexibility) in a business-casual environment
Hybrid schedule of 3 days/week in office, 2 days/week work remotely
