We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary IT Technician to assist with a short-term project involving network switches in Duluth,MN. The ideal candidate will follow instructions precisely to ensure the smooth handling, labeling, packaging, and shipping of equipment. This assignment is expected to last up to five weeks.
Responsibilities:
Unbox and prepare network switches according to instructions.Cable switches following specific guidelines.Label switches and related items accurately.Install software updates on switches, if required.Repackage switches securely and label boxes for shipping.Ship switches to designated locations, ensuring all items meet packaging and labeling standards.Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to follow detailed instructions.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfortable with light physical tasks, such as unboxing and repackaging.Basic computer skills for software updates (if needed).Basic understanding of networking equipment (preferred but not required).
**All immunizations must be up to date, and if not, the candidate must be willing to receive any necessary vaccinations to remain compliant.
