Manager, Complex AccountingCompensation: Up to $150,000 + Bonus
Join a global leader in financial services and technology! We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to partner with the Controller on complex accounting matters and risk management. This role offers the chance to be part of an innovative team, with opportunities to collaborate across departments such as treasury, tax, and SEC reporting, and to work closely with external auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a timely and accurate monthly close process, including general ledger activities and detailed financial analysis for business partners.Prepare complex account reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and reports for SEC filings.Manage audit inquiries and requests from both internal and external auditors.Collaborate with FP&A to provide forecasting support for complex accounting areas and conduct scenario analyses.Lead the implementation and documentation of accounting procedures and internal controls.Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in public and corporate accounting; CPA required.Strong knowledge of US GAAP and public company reporting standards.Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.#LI-CM1
