Unit staffing description- (unit
secretaries and tech availability) : The unit is staffed solely with RN’s. We
do not have secretaries or patient care techs.

Documentation system: Meditech
·
Scheduling requirements: Prepare to
work every other weekend (or 2 weekends in a 4 week schedule)
·
Floating policy: Will float to take
assignments on Peds Med Surg, NICU, or PICU (not critical care patients), and
can at times float to the adult hospital to help task (perform blood sugars,
Vital signs, observe behavioral health patients, etc.)
·
Patient Experience requirements: We
strive to provide our patients with the best experience possible. Nursing
leadership rounds on patients daily, and all staff (contract or core) are
expected to uphold our ICARE standards.
