The Role Lumen offers a fully immersive, 10-week summer internship program. Our interns demonstrate curiosity, innovation, and a passion for advancing technology. We believe that empowering our people and helping them reach their full potential is essential for the long-term success of both Lumen and our customers. Program dates: May 30 - August 8, 2025. Location + This position is fully remote work/ work from home. The Main Responsibilities As an IT Analyst in our ERP Finance Transformation group, you will be a part of a small team that is preparing to implement and support the Finance area of SAP S4/HANA. + Applies IT knowledge and skills to analyze and review system errors. + Analyzes and documents complex IT processes and provides resolution recommendations. + Provides support for billing error resolution, testing of bug fixes, and system enhancements. + Utilizes configuration documents to test various modules of the system; providing insight into training documentation. Day to Day Responsibilities Will Include: + Monitoring billing files process within BRIM system + Work billing file errors daily + Work support tickets for the finance users + Update account assignment tables within BRIM + Research bank posting errors.
