The Role Lumen offers a fully immersive, 10-week summer internship program. Our interns demonstrate curiosity, innovation, and a passion for advancing technology. Location + This position is fully remote/ work from home with potential for in-person collaboration in local Lumen Offices such as Denver, CO. The Main Responsibilities As a Business Intelligence Analyst intern in our Enterprise Operations organization, the Intern will work collaboratively with our Enterprise Operations Reporting-Deep Analytics team to support project management systems and processes specifically around data collection, reporting development, data analytics, and automation required to onboard and maintain data for customers. Tasks during the 10 weeks will focus on transforming data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making within the organization. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to inform business operations, identify trends, support data-driven decision making, and to improve efficiency in the business/team.
