We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Supplier Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of experience in defense supplier quality management, ideally at a MTO (made-to-order) or low volume - high mix machining and metal manufacturing facility. Experience with first article inspection (FAI, AS9102) and/or with investment casting/NDT would be incredibly helpful.

Your mission: manage supplier quality activities, evaluate suppliers, support supplier onboarding, and drive supplier performance improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain supplier quality metrics and reports.
• Conduct supplier capability assessments and monitor supplier performance.
• Ensure supplier compliance with contract flow-down requirements.
• Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier quality and/or quality engineering
• lnvestment casting & NDT expertise
• Track record of success driving supplier performance improvement metrics such as First Article Approvals & Supplier OTD
