Position Overview:

The Head of Sales will play a critical role in shaping our company’s future by developing and executing strategies that fuel revenue growth and market expansion. This leadership position requires someone who excels in building high-performing sales teams, has a strong track record of closing major deals, and understands the landscape of fraud prevention and identity verification. Working alongside the executive team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence across various industries and establishing our solution as the go-to choice for businesses looking to strengthen their security frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at driving growth in core markets.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing sales team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment of sales goals with overall business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to capture new business opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing major enterprise deals.

Revenue Growth & Sales Operations

  • Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales processes and achieve consistent revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Develop sales materials that effectively communicate the value of our solutions to prospects and clients.
  • Drive strategies for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions to current clients.

Market Expansion & Client Acquisition

  • Identify opportunities to expand our customer base across sectors such as finance, insurance, real estate, and asset management.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers to secure large-scale, long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure our solutions evolve to meet market demands.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to enhance visibility and thought leadership.

Team Development & Culture Building

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead top sales talent, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and support necessary to meet targets.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-energy sales culture focused on innovation, performance, and growth.
  • Use market feedback and analytics to continuously improve sales performance and refine strategies.

Client Success & Relationship Building

  • Collaborate with the customer success team to deliver an exceptional post-sale experience that emphasizes satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
  • Build strong client relationships by offering tailored solutions that meet their unique security needs.
  • Leverage customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • In-depth knowledge of fraud prevention or identity verification solutions, with an understanding of current industry challenges and trends.
  • Strong network and relationships within industries such as banking, fintech, e-commerce, or cybersecurity.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams and driving them to success.
