The Document Review Associate performs Document Review according to standard procedures or instructions. Responsible for researching various issues and reporting exceptions for Corporate Trust clients to ensure client satisfaction, quality control, and compliance with custodial agreements. Reviews loan (or collateral) documents, handles file processing, and works with internal contacts to determine the source of any problems and correct errors. This includes but is not limited to reinstatements, mail intake, and trailing documents involving comparing information on documents to a checklist. This person will receive almost 2 weeks of training to eventually review 150-160 documents a day. There will be project based work across the site where cross training will be necessary. The ideal candidate has experience working with Excel, great communication, and work ethic. This role is paying 17/hr

Required Skills & Experience-High school diploma or equivalent with Confident, Go Getter Attitude and Drive!-One to three years of related experience in an office setting (longevity)-Can lift 30-40Ibs-Excel (tech savvy, used in previous roles)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience-Bachelors or Associates-Finance experience
