Business System Specialist/Business Analyst I - QMS

Evergreen, Insight Global's Managed Service Division, is partnering with one of the largest utilities to help assist with process and document development for the As-Built program. As the Business Systems Specialist, you would be working with the stakeholder process lead on various efforts related to the As-Built process, focused on problem solving, process development, and documentation support. Your responsibilities will be focused on improvement initiatives, managing multiple initiatives at any given time (12-20 issues daily roughly). You will assist with drafting documentation around Process Improvement and Change Management plans and working with the technical writing groups to publish documents, moving processes along by gathering meetings notes and tracking action items, managing TIP sheets, etc.
